Getting Bendy

Apparently practice works. It’s kind of like duh, I know but you really don’t realize how much it works until you apply it. This is a progress shot of my bow pose. Top photo is from around March I think and bottom photo is from last week. I know it doesn’t look incredibly significant, but every little centimeter gain in flexibility is a huge milestone. It’s a lot like running. It can take a whole year of training to comfortably shave off seconds from your mile time…seconds. I’m so excited to see progress!!
Patience and practice can get you through just about anything, so don’t ever EVER give up!
