This month I’ll be participating in an new yoga challenge. Last month tested my back strength with all sorts of bends, some not so easy as others. This month though will focus on the core. Everyday I’ll share a different pose, sometimes a variation of a pose, that really works your core muscles to the max. I was a little late to the party this week, so today’s post will show my days 1-3, starting with a variation of boat pose into a Pilates style v-up, knee tucks with a slight back bend stretch, and finally plank! A lot to cram into one day, but the sweat was oh so nice.
